 Our kickboxing program was custom-designed to meet the needs of people with a variety of goals in mind, from professional fighters, to everyday people just looking for a cardio kickboxing class to get in exceptional shape. What sets us apart from other "so-called" kickboxing programs is that our classes are taught by real, experienced instructors with fighting experience, meaning even if you come to get in shape, the techniques that you learn are correct, precise, and will serve as excellent self defense training for outside the gym. But here's the best part: We understand that not everyone is looking to be a competitive athlete--That's why we specifically schedule our intensive sparring classes SEPERATE from the fitness / technique-focused classes, allowing you to custom-tailor your approach-- Not interested in competition? Then you simply don't come to the full-contact  sparring class!

OUR PROGRAM IS BROKEN DOWN INTO LEVELS FOR SAFETY, AND TO ENSURE THE QUALITY OF EACH STUDENT'S TRAINING EXPERIENCE. THE TIERED PROGRAM MAXIMIZES TRAINING BENEFITS, AND WORKS AS FOLLOWS:

 

Level 1

  Students' training is focused on learning the technical details of Muay Thai / Kickboxing, as well as getting their body adjusted to training. They are not permitted to attend the sparring classes. Contact between students is minimized among level ones while they learn the proper control to go along with their new techniques. This means you can feel comfortable in our classes as a beginner knowing you will not be put into any intimidating or dangerous situations, we will help you to mold your skills slowly in a controlled, friendly environment.

Level 2

 Students are afforded a higher level of physical contact with other students, but are still not allowed full-speed sparring yet. They may attend the sparring classes and do half speed sparring with other level 2 students.  Our goal is to slowly imurse the student in techniques, allow them to slowly begin to use them with other students of their same level in a conctact situation before allowing them to move into the more dangerous full-contact sparring.

Level 3

 Students are afforded full sparring priveledges, and considered ready to begin training for amateur competition.  A level 3 student demonstrates proper technique both offensively and defensively, has mastered the basic movements of Muay Thai and sparring, and is prepared to begin moving forward if they have any plans to compete. You do not have to compete to be a Level 3 student, the ratings are simply designed to give other students and your instructors an idea of your ability level so that they can pair you up properly in training.

Level 4 

Students are ready for professional careers in fight sports, as well as qualified to operate as instuctors.  A level 4 student has several years of experience including sparring experience / competition experience, and has become fully immersed in the techniques of Muay Thai and Kickboxing in general.
